1. Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests for SAT TOUR tours and services must be submitted in writing via email, KakaoTalk, or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation 48+ hours before departure: 100% refund of the paid amount
- Cancellation 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund of the paid amount
- Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund
2. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and completed within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees may be deducted.
Please provide your booking confirmation number and reason for cancellation when requesting a refund.
3. Weather & Force Majeure
If a tour is cancelled due to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.
Minor weather changes (overcast, light rain, etc.) do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
4. Rescheduling
One free rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before departure. Requests must be submitted in writing.
